No. You do not have to be a REALTOR® to take our Wisconsin real estate Continuing Education courses.
Wisconsin CE is for Wisconsin real estate licensees.
Wisconsin real estate Continuing Education requirements apply to licensed real estate salespersons and brokers. REALTOR® membership is separate. You may take our Wisconsin CE courses whether or not you are a member of the National Association of REALTORS® or a local REALTOR® association.
What is the difference between a licensee and a REALTOR®?
A Wisconsin real estate license is issued by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS). REALTOR® is a membership designation for real estate professionals who belong to the National Association of REALTORS®. Not every Wisconsin real estate licensee is a REALTOR®.
What if I am a REALTOR®?
REALTORS® can take our courses too. Our 18-hour Wisconsin CE package includes Fair Housing and Code of Ethics content designed to meet the applicable NAR training requirements as well as the Wisconsin Continuing Education requirements.
Whether you are a REALTOR® or not, you can complete the Wisconsin Continuing Education you need through Laurel Stone School of Real Estate.
