Every Wisconsin real estate licensee must complete 18 hours of Wisconsin real estate continuing education during each biennium before renewing their license. For the 2025–2026 biennium, the required education consists of:
- 12 one-hour mandatory courses
- 6 one-hour elective courses
Unlike previous years, licensees no longer complete six 3-hour courses. Wisconsin now allows approved education providers to offer continuing education in one-hour increments, making it easier to complete your required 18 hours on your own schedule.
At Laurel Stone School of Real Estate, we’ve organized all 18 required hours into a simple package so you can complete every required course in one place.
