In order to obtain a BROKER’s license in Wisconsin, an applicant must have a SALESPERSON’s license. Click here to read more info from the Department of Safety and Professional Services. (DSPS)
There is a requirement to work for 2 years as a salesperson before obtaining a broker’s license.

The Laurel Stone School of Real Estate offers a comprehensive online Broker Pre-License program utilizing the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association Broker Pre-License On Demand Course, approved by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. The course is completed entirely online and is supplemented with additional study materials I have developed to enhance learning and improve exam preparation.
