If you’re ready to take the next step in your real estate career, becoming a Wisconsin real estate broker gives you additional opportunities and responsibilities. While the process is similar to obtaining a salesperson license, there are a few additional requirements you’ll need to meet.

1. Complete a Wisconsin broker pre-license course.

4. Apply for your Wisconsin real estate broker license.
After passing the exam, you’ll submit your broker license application through the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS). Once your application is approved, you’ll receive your Wisconsin real estate broker license.
