Keep a copy of each Certificate of Completion for your records. You will need information from your certificates when you renew your Wisconsin real estate license, including the course provider, course name, and date of completion.
Your certificates will also remain available through your CE Course Library account if you need to access them later.
Your firm or REALTOR® association may also require copies of certain certificates, so be sure to follow any instructions they provide.
