Are my Certificates of Completion sent to Wisconsin DSPS?

Continuing Education providers do not automatically submit your Certificates of Completion to the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS).

When you renew your Wisconsin real estate license, you will report information about the Continuing Education courses you completed. Your certificates contain the information you will need, including:

  • Course provider
  • Course name
  • Date of completion

Keep your Certificates of Completion for your records. DSPS may request documentation showing that you completed the required Continuing Education, and you must be able to provide your certificates if requested.
