Wisconsin real estate licensees must complete 18 hours of approved Continuing Education during the 2025–2026 biennium to renew an active license.
The Laurel Stone School of Real Estate Continuing Education package includes all 18 required hours: 12 hours of mandatory courses and 6 hours of electives.
